The reviews and radio interview for Social Distance Suicide; the song that brought a smile to a time of stress and uncertainty…
Crooked Parker uses vintage tools to capture the modern story of our time. The guitars ring out with the notes of yesteryear but convey a contemporary novelty and the lush vocals spin a tail that hauntingly remind us that though we’re all in this together, we all have to find our own way through this.
— Michael Furman, Lead Guitarist @ Lily in the Weeds
Baaaaad Assss!! Crooked Parker releases their first song, stuck at home, all smoked up, know the feeling. Kudos to the guitar man.

Covid 19 has changed the world in many ways. Most of these changes have been negative. One change for the better is people are having time to stay home and do things they wouldn’t normally have time for. Such is the case with Crooked Parker. All this social distancing has led to ‘Social Distance Suicide,’ a humorous and insightful look at our current Pandemic situation. Definitely worth a download. May even help keep you from going insane during these crazy times!

Quarantine can bring out the worst in some situations. Or the best if you can think outside the box, and we are not talking about the box we’ve been sheltered in during this pandemic.
This song writing duo turned their unemployment frustration and lack of normalcy in their lives into song collaborating and creating music together.
Releasing the single and it’s dance mix counterpart, under the name Crooked Parker, helped this house-bound couple focus on themselves and tell the story of what they saw going on around them.
The single, ’Social Distance Suicide,’ is a pop rock song delving into the new normal that the world is experiencing today.
‘Social Distance Suicide’ by Crooked Parker can be seen on YouTube. Both the full and dance version are available on iTunes, Spotify, YouTube and other streaming platforms.
